On 4 June 2012 the aircraft HALO successfully completed the last measurement flight of the GEOHALO Mission. The operators have reported that all instruments performed well. Four flights (16150 km) with grid flight patterns across Italy have been flown and quicklooks to the data were promising. GEOHALO has evaluated the gravity and magnetic field in this area to provide important information on the lithosperic structure and plate kinematics. In addition several GNSS-Reflectometry experiments from different institutions have been performed.
